Hi everyone,

My name is Jamie and I am actually from Portland. My dad was recently in a motorcycle accident in central Oregon, and was airlifted to the closest hospital--St Charles in Bend. I have been travelling back and forth between Portland and Bend on the weekends, and my mom is actually living in a hotel right now to be close to my dad.

Just last night, my mom decided my dad was stable enough for her to go do some laundry. While she was out, her truck was struck in a hit-and-run accident. As you can imagine, this is a lot of added stress for us. Her auto insurance company is waiting to see if the other driver is found before processing her claim. So I thought I would ask for help here, maybe one of you guys will spot something that will help us get this resolved.

The car they were hit by was a black (or maybe dark blue) Buick Riviera. They had OR plates, beginning "RBK" or "RBX." The car should have some serious front-end damage after last night's episode. I apologize that the details are sketchy, but it was dark. If you happen to spot the driver, please contact the local PD and let them know where you saw it.

Hey guys I bought these, Burton Supreme size 7 boots for $320, I've only worn them once however, they're a size too small. They're perfectly fine, and I can't return or exchange them so I'm selling them. I don't want to lose too much money over so like since I'm just going to turn around and buy another pair. So, hello!

Hi! I just found this community today and it is nice to "meet" other LJ members that are local. I currently live in La Pine but have lived and worked in this area most of my life.

I have been married to CT for nearly 7 years (anniversary is on 11/27) and we have 1 daughter, Kristi. She is 14 months old and was born 9 weeks premature at St Charles. I look forward to getting to "know" everyone here!
